I’m kind of super proud of this, weirdly.

2012 on Flickr.
2012 January - Start of my 366, which actually ended up yeilding some of the best photographs. February - My friend Dissy comes to visit St Andrews. March - I have a dissertation meltdown & my favourite lecturer lent me this book to try & put me back on track. I essentially would not have had a dissertation without him. April - I handed in my dissertation, but because I’m still bitter about that, this is one of my favourite pictures from that month instead. May - I turn 23, finish my undergraduate degree & my friend Paul comes to visit for the first time, despite having been away for 4 years. (Good timing, Paul!) June - Graduation. Basically the best month… ever. July - I come home & 366 inspiration starts to disappear. August - Paul & I get drunk & take fantastic pictures in the dark. Somewhere around this time I gave up on my 366. September - I go to the circus for the first time (not on flickr). October - The only pictures I take are for a university project. November - I took a photograph that I liked for the first time in months. December - Still not photography inspiration, but I managed this lovely little shot at my cousin’s christening.

I re-edited some old abandoned photos from my 365. I actually really like the way this turned out as a diptych.
